Windows 10 version 1903 (updated in May 2019) is currently in the final development stage. Microsoft has recently released the Release RTM version to users in the Release Preview branch. Official release is expected to begin at the end of May, so insiders of the test branch can try out new operating system functionality updates for about 30 days.

Meanwhile, Microsoft will introduce several cumulative updates, including repairs and further improvements, so devices that have been updated to 1903 will receive updates and improvements on the first day.

Like all Windows 10 updates, the May updates will be sent to devices around the world in phases, but Microsoft has also provided manual download options for users who do not deploy automatically. Windows 10 Media Creation Tool will also be updated to provide distribution services for Windows 10 1903 when ready.
