On the evening of July 12, ZTE issued an announcement revealing the latest developments in the operation of the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base with Shenzhen Vanke.
On June 27, 2017, ZTE won the right to use the land of Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base No. T208-0049 in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It will be integrated into office, hotel and commercial use, and Vanke will develop and construct nearly 190,000 square meters of property.
With the newly signed "Supplemental Agreement", Vanke will fully control the development, construction, sales and operation of the saleable property and commissioned property of the project in accordance with the law, and bear all development and construction funds, expenses and risks, and enjoy the corresponding full income.

As of now, Vanke has paid 3.542 billion yuan to ZTE.
ZTE said that after the completion of this cooperation, it is estimated that the pre-tax profit of the whole period will be about RMB 3.0-3.3 billion, of which RMB 26-2.9 billion will be obtained in 2019, and the rest will be realized in 2020-2022.
ZTE also stated in the announcement that the company does not have complete experience and professional team in development, construction, sales and operation, so it gives Vanke more leadership to accelerate the project.
Previously, in June 2018, Huawei had a strategic cooperation with Vanke to launch a smart park project, in which Vanke was responsible for building business scenarios and Huawei created a smart park solution.
In addition, the Huawei Putian Base Training Center has also been taken over by Vanke Property since January 2016.
