To prevent device power from being exhausted by Google Play services, we recommend that Android users pause any pending updates until Google announces a formal fix.

For those who have installed the latest version of Google Play services, there are two simple ways to try it out (though not very good).

● First, you can download a beta version of the Google Play services app.

● Go to the selection page for the Google Play Services test version.

● Click 'Be a tester'.

● Wait for the beta update to be pushed to youMobile phone, or manually check and install the update.

Of course, Beta versions of the software may experience unexpected errors, crashes, or unusual application behavior. So before you apply to become a tester, please be prepared for this.

Another option is to roll back to the old version of Google Play services (17.8.57 Download Portal), but it is still possible to encounter some rare compatibility or abnormal application behavior.

If you are daring enough, you can turn on "Allow applications with unknown sources to be installed" before installation (recommended for data backup of Android devices).

● After rolling back the old Google Play services, go to Settings -> Apps & Notifications -> View All;

● Scroll down and tap ‘Google Play services’.

● Click 'Data Usage';

● Disable 'background data'.

It should be noted that this operation may prevent background application updates. If it doesn't work, try disabling the Google Play Store completely, although it can be extremely inconvenient.
