NextMicrosoft announced last monthToday, Microsoft released the complete configuration list of Xbox series X. The next generation of Xbox series X is definitely a performance monster, enough to drive raytracing performance:

• Storage expansion: 1 TB expansion card (same as built-in performance)
• External storage: USB 3.2 external hard disk support
• Optical drive: 4K UHD blue optical drive
• Performance target: 4K @ 60 FPS, up to 120 FPS, up to 8K resolution

Microsoft provides a faster game experience for game players. The new host system can switch between multiple games and quickly restore the game state played before. SSD plays an important role in this process.

Xbox series X also provides better support for cloud streaming games. This is a technology called Xbox velocity architecture by Microsoft, which can provide a smoother experience for the streaming of large open world games.

Xbox series X has also made full optimization in reducing the delay of each link, including the high bandwidth and low delay protocol connection between the handle and the host, the maximum 120 FPS refresh rate / dynamic refresh rate support from the host to the screen, and the automatic low delay mode support.
