After hearing, Nanshan court held that the defendant's behavior of making profits by providing false screenshots to damage the interests of the two plaintiffs, consumers and the public by taking advantage of the vast user groups owned by the plaintiff and the established real and honest interactive ecosystem violates the principle of good faith and business ethics, disturbs the market order and constitutes unfair competition.
The court ruled that a defendant Shenzhen Network Technology Co., Ltd. immediately stopped infringing the plaintiff's right of information network communication in the application software involved in the case, immediately stopped the unfair competition in the application software involved in the case, and told the plaintiff Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Tencent computer department The total compensation for economic losses and reasonable expenses is 750000 yuan.
