As of Sept.20, U.S. companies will be banned from commercial dealings with WeChat and TikTok, the Commerce Department said Friday

It is not clear whether the U.S. Department of Commerce's announcement means that it is impossible to reach a deal before the deadline on Sunday. Previously, U.S. Treasury Secretary mnuchin said in an interview with the media that Oracle, as tiktok's trusted data security compliance partner, represents the solution to the U.S. national security issues. Tiktok will continue to use the United States as its headquarters and create 20000 jobs for the United States without involving tiktok's core technology transfer.

And byte beat once told first financial that it was indeed discussing cooperation plans with some companies to solve the concerns of the US government and the public about the data security of US users. The above solutions do not involve the sale of business and technology, and no final agreement has been signed. The signing of the final agreement also needs to be approved by the relevant departments of China and the United States in accordance with the law.
