We are pleased to announce that for x86_ CentOS Linux 7 (2009) with 64 architecture is widely available. From now on, this is the current version of CentOS Linux 7, labeled 2009, derived from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.9 source code. This version replaces all previous CentOS Linux 7 releases, so we strongly recommend that all users upgrade their machines.
Please note that the old content and the content replaced by the new version of the same application will be removed from the extras / and plus / repositories; this time, we have extended this mechanism to mirror.centos.org Managed sig content, some old end of life content has also been deleted.
