Recently, the State Post Office issued a notice on the results of the express service satisfaction survey and time limit punctuality test in the second quarter of 2021.
In terms of public satisfaction of express enterprises,Enterprises with scores above 80 (including 80) are SF express, JD logistics and Postal EMS, the enterprises with 76-80 scores (including 76 scores) are Zhongtong express, Yunda express, Yuantong express, Debang express and Shentong express,Enterprises with a score of 74-76 (including 74) are Baishi express and Jitu express.
The test also found that,In terms of the whole process time limit, the enterprises with an average time limit of less than 48 hours are SF express； Enterprises with a time limit of 48-60 hours (including 48 hours) are Postal EMS, Zhongtong express, Jingdong Logistics, Yunda express, Yuantong express and Shentong express;
Enterprises with a time limit of more than 60 hours (including 60 hours) are Baishi express, Debang express and Jitu express. Among them, the whole process time limit of Yuantong express and deppon express improved significantly year-on-year.
In terms of 72 hour punctuality rate, enterprises with punctuality rate of more than 90% (including 90%) are SF Express; Enterprises with a punctuality rate of 80% - 90% (including 80%) are Postal EMS, Zhongtong express and JD logistics;
Enterprises with a punctuality rate of 70% - 80% (including 70%) are Yunda express, Yuantong express, Shentong express and Baishi Express; Enterprises with a punctuality rate of less than 70% are deppon express and Jitu express.
